I am so excited about expanding my online business venues! Recently, I joined Artfire and 1000 Markets. Still have much to learn about both of these new opportunities, and much work to do to keep up with Etsy, Artfire, and 1000Markets! You will notice my new Artfire miniviewer at the right. To view my store there, click on this link http://www.bagsandmorebypam.artfire.com/

From time to time, I will also introduce you to others from Artfire. Currently, I have joined three Guilds there (comparable to teams on Etsy): Fiber Arts Guild, Artfire Hookers, and Crafting for Animals. Our Crafting for Animals blog is up and running already, and you can view it there at http://www.crafting4animals.blogspot.com/ One of our first features is to post about a different member of our group. It is my honor to have that responsibility for our blog.

Currently, I am working on three custom orders.....two from previous customers on Etsy and one from a customer at Artfire. Needless to say, the snow here has kept me from going out of town to work for my Mom so far this week, and I've had lots of time to crochet!

Pet Items and More

Having an item featured in the holiday gift guide in the November/December Bark Magazine was very exciting. It resulted in quite a few contacts and purchases of the holiday dog collars in different designs, and several dog sweaters. You can see some of the dog sweaters in my Etsy shop at http://www.bagsandmorebypam.etsy.com/ You will also find many items for people, too!
Another really wonderful experience in December was that I have had purchases and orders for my men's cable design sweater featured on my website
(http://www.bagsandmorebypam.com/) as well as in my Etsy store, and am currently working on the fourth one for the same customer! And such a nice, delightful person she is!

You may also want to check out our Boomers and Beyond blogspot - http://www.boomersandbeyond.blogspot.com/ There are new articles posted three times a week, and I get to contribute to those with my "Sally" stories. What fun!

My other teams are the Etsyhookers Team and the Indiana Etsy Street Team (INCrowdteam). Being on these three teams keeps me really busy....love making treasuries for them and keeping up with what our team members are doing.
Happy New Year. Enjoy whatever you like to do.

Woof! Woof! Woof!

I am so excited to have one of my Holiday Dog Collars featured in the 50 Gifts under $20 Gift Guide in the November/December issue of The Bark magazine! What a thrill and an opportunity for meeting new people and discovering their dog interests! And a real delight to have something I'v created appear in a national publication!

Here is the one featured! Check out my shop to discover other Pet Boutique items! (And there are items for people and homes as well!)

A Favorite Flower

I love crocheting this flower and think they are adorable. They would look really nice as an embellishment on other items, or with a pin on the back, as a brooch!

Aren't these just the most adorable creations? They come from the shop of Nanasue, way down under in Australia! She makes these cute animals, and not only shares those with others, but also promotes others in the Etsyhooker crochet group! How sweet is that! You will want to visit her shop at
http://www.nanasue.etsy.com/ And, she has also created a really nice treasury featuring her crocheting colleagues. You can visit that treasury and see a wide variety of items created by talented crocheters at http://www.etsy.com/treasury_list.php?room_id=57783
I appreciated so much being included in her treasury!

A Work in Progress

These hats are being made in collaboration with my friend, Sandy, from Cape Cod Consignments. I am so excited to be working with her.
